What does this warranty cover?ANANK warrants to the original purchaser of this ANANK product that the product shall be free of manufacturing or design defects. ANANK does not cover damages caused by drops, impact or act of god/natural disasters. Only item(s) that include lifetime warranty on listing title or description is covered under this warranty. Warranty applies to original purchased products only. Subsequent replacements are not covered by the warranty.
What the period of coverage is?ANANK warrants the ANANK product for the lifetime of the product.
How do we resolve the problem?ANANK will replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product) with an identical ANANK product. Customer must contact customer service and ship item back to ANANK for inspection prior to issuing replacement.
